Product designer role expanded as part of a newly formed Digital Integration Card Engineering team within Consumer Lending division, leading multiple products (Electronic Delivery/Electronic New Accounts Kit/Digital Integration, Enhanced Card Activation, Omni-Channel Experience) across the credit card market space.

Selected to be part of a new branch focused consumer project collaborated with delivery of a new credit card features to enhance new card confirmation on-boarding by delivering a simplistic yet customer focused consumer experience. Partnering with cross functional teams to craft design concepts, and banking experiences into process flow wireframes. Worked independently, and with experience/content designers to produce high fidelity prototypes to oversee product from conception to production launch. Designed new experiences and layouts using the brand's design system ensuring components from the library meet business objectives. Conducted end user research to integrate evolving design decisions iteratively to ensure the engineering team delivers the minimum viable product implementation. Front End Developer (Part-time Contractor)

Part of the Card & Retail Service Technology group in providing a professional service to our numerous development teams and business service teams. Engaging in implementing process design, creative clean code, participate in thorough quality control testing for group's application platform. Provide a lead role on front-end UI/UX technical consultation/support to development teams located on-shore and off-shore. Duties include providing analysis on business requirements translated into UI simulation efforts for development team's knowledge of better visibility of design specification and business expectations. Ensure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported areas and oversee updating of business continuation plan.

Front End Developer (Part-time Contractor)

Part of a development team to consult best practices in user interface architecture and design on a enterprise level platform to be delivered nationwide. Playing a key role to deliver a solution combining the best frameworks leveraging tools including JQuery, Telerik controls, UI framework, and CSS precompilers to produce a thin and lightweight front end deliverable that not only offers flexibility to migrate different .net web technologies but has the ability to evolve into future platforms.

.NET Web Developer

Our teams build and maintain a variety of software applications supporting sales, originations, and a few "servicing" business functions for our internal Wells Fargo consumer credit business partners of Personal Credit Management, Home Equity, Card Services, Wealth Management Group, Consumer and Business Deposit Risk Management, and a variety of other groups. The applications we develop are hosted in the Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and the HULA environments. Organizationally, our teams consist of “Sales Presentation” (sales GUIs and IIS services), "CSTS" (JAVA services), and a BSC team which all support Lending Shared Systems which reports to Consumer Lending under the Information Systems (IS) group of Technology and Operations (TOG).

As part of a team to develop a new web application servicing the Wells Fargo's internal credit business partners post Wachovia merger. This new servicing web application offers the business partners access to Wells Fargo's internal ACAPS mainframe system. This enterprise level application is both light weight and rich in content delivery, built using the latest Microsoft from the infant stages of prototyping using .NET 2.0 to now, using .NET 4.0 framework multi-tiered design patterns on its 4th release cycle.

Taking lead in the UI creative design and brand management within the team, in delivering a light-weight css tableless design with heavy consideration for high data content delivery. Providing a very clean user experience without the confusion of mis-arranged content elements. Part of the creative role was to support the business contributors with design concepts and layout prototyping with your business documentation. Heavy use of Telerik ASP.NET controls customization to drive the navigation and adding dynamic support based on role management from mainframe service call. Supporting the development team with the help in maximizing the time spent on layout adjustment to best fit the business requirements.
