Project summary

With the standardization and modernization of the balance transfer process from the BX (Balance Transfer) team, the emphasis was placed to integrate the new process flow into the existing OMNI UI platform as part of the post approval workflow. The integration of BX required minor interaction tweaks to align to the OMNI UI capabilities whilst streamlining the overall user experience. The efficiency of the streamlined approach created a significant impact to the time spent closing out the work flow for the banker to complete a maximum of 3 transfers.

All the designs would utilize the latest brand standards library of components, design philosophy, and color schematics to stay aligned with the overall enterprise branding strategy utilizing the brand's Fusion design language. A react.js component library was created to allow the development team to utilize the components in a more efficient manner.
