Project summary

Part of the modernization project included re-designing existing excel based features into a new modern approach of toolkit process of features for the existing decisioning fulfillment UI platforms and introducing innovative design efficiencies to enhance user experience. The modernization effort involved reworking existing tool processes and integrating new functionalities, such as profiling information views and an application-based noting builder. These updates aimed to streamline workflows and improve overall efficiency for end-users.

Each of the tooling features were iteratively designed with decisioning, implementation and operations partners, and technology teams to ensure the enhancements met the existing SOP expectations and efficiency markers. All the designs would utilize the latest brand standards library of components, design philosophy, and color schematics to stay aligned with the overall enterprise branding strategy utilizing the brand's Fusion design language. A react.js component library was created to allow the development team to utilize the components in a more efficient manner.
