Inbound Contact Channel integration onto OMNI UI platform

Project summary

With the modernization of the OMNI platform in full swing, the next integration point was to bring the ICC (Inbound Contact Channel) branch partners onboarded onto the platform. The ICC team needed to be re-imagined to be more user friendly and simplified into fewer steps to allow the branch partners to be complete their tasks more efficiently by reducing the number of clicks and steps to complete an overall credit card application. With this new goal in mind and working with both sales and marketing & ICC, the new design was adopted and operations tested from a user experience standpoint to ensure that the new design was not only visually appealing but also functional and easy to use. The new design was then handed off to the development team to implement the new design into the OMNI platform.

All the designs would utilize the latest brand standards library of components, design philosophy, and color schematics to stay aligned with the overall enterprise branding strategy utilizing the brand's Fusion design language. A react.js component library was created to allow the development team to utilize the components in a more efficient manner.
