OMNI Credit Card Branch Project
Modernization in creating a new OMNI UI Credit Card Shopping Experience
Project summary
The Credit Card OMNI UI is an internal web application that offers an unified user experience during the Credit Card application process. The goal is not only offering a unified experience but further reduces the time to complete a credit card application to an average of under 5 minutes. The unified experience spans across supporting multiple credit card business channels - Branch Bankers, Wealth Advisors, and Phone Banking customer services.
The design approach used leveraged the lean UX principles with the practice of collorating with the business partner's operational teams to re-imagine the standard operating procedures(SOP) through iterative learning and user-centric model testing to measure the most efficient operating workflow. The UI designs were built utilizing the brand's design system language with a set of components geared towards accessibility and ADA compliance.
